Refund and Returns Policy

Every piece from Radha Krishna Artz is handmade, and many are made to order just for you. Because of this:

• We do not accept returns or refunds once an order is placed and confirmed.
• If your order arrives damaged in transit, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
• For custom and preservation pieces, please review all details carefully with us before payment, since these are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
