Where we ship
We ship across India. You can also choose Pickup in Karimnagar at checkout and collect your order from us.
Making and dispatch time
Catalog items are made by hand, and are usually dispatched within a few working days of your order. Custom and preservation pieces take longer, and we will tell you the timeline when we agree the details and price with you.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on your location and the courier. We will share dispatch details with you on WhatsApp or email once your order is on its way.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Pickup in Karimnagar has no shipping charge.
Packing
Every piece is packed with care to protect it in transit.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
Your address
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.
