About these terms
These terms apply when you use https://radhakrishnaartz.com or place an order with Radha Krishna Artz. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and payment
- All orders are prepaid online. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
- An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel an order and refund the payment if an item cannot be made or delivered.
Handmade products
Every piece is made by hand. Small differences in colour, pattern, size and finish are natural and are part of what makes each piece unique. Photos on the website are a guide, and your piece may look slightly different.
Custom and preservation orders
- Custom and keepsake pieces are priced individually. We agree the details and price with you on WhatsApp, and you pay through a secure payment link.
- Please review all details with us before you pay. Custom pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
- For preservation of items you send us (such as a varamala, a pet keepsake, baby items or a loved one’s belongings), we handle each item with care. Natural items such as flowers, fur or fabric can change colour or texture over time, and results depend on the condition of the item. We will explain what to expect before you pay.
- Please send only items you are legally entitled to send.

Limits of liability
We make every effort to deliver quality work and accurate information. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Karimnagar, Telangana.
